Hmm, I thought I read somewhere you couldn't edit Primacy. But in one of the screenshots it shows you can.
Get real, of course his rating is higher than Duncan, every attribute affects a players rating. He is faster than Duncan, a better player defender than Duncan because he can guard guards, quicker than Duncan, was a better rebounder than Duncan in the 2003-2004 season, won the MVP but non of than makes him better your performance determines that. Duncan has been solid every year he has been in the league and Garnett has the potential to surpass Duncan because he's tall, long and athletic, doesn't mean he will but the potential is there. Duncan is a better shot blocker, stronger, better in the low post, good passer, more intelligient ball player(not saying KG is not), all that said I still think 97 is a bit high for KG 94 or 95 makes more sense but it is an overall rating so I would have to look at the stats(attributes)
