Help regarding chest color inside the png file

Hello, just wanna ask if anyone knows how can I create/add the chest color, texture file inside the PNG file of a player who doesn't have tattoo to begin with? so I can create tattoos for any player in the future. Thanks in advance!

Extract chest_color files from 0C archive. Open appearance_info.rdat with notepad and check the number of skin color, copy the .dds and .txtr files from the corresponding chest_color.iff inside the png file. Hope i explained it well.

mrk326, sir just a quick inquiry, why the tattoo that I've made does only show in edit player or freestyle mode? But in actual game it doesn't show? Thanks a lot..

did you change the name of the file and in the TXT file? if you dont the game tends to convert it back to the orginal file
