good job bro as always. just a question, why is it need to replace other jersey than using/replacing the current vice city jersey?

For those who are wondering, why is it need to replace other jersey than using/replacing the current vice city jersey? it is because the current vice city jersey is nowhere to be in explorer it is only located inside the snyc.bin.
As for now i only know how to change a file name inside the snyc.bin, but extracting the file out of it for modding and repacking it again thats the one i dont know. If someone know how to do that it would be great . So for now the only thing i can do is replace other jersey slot for vice city jersey.

The vice jersey has been added to the game with SYNC.BIN

SYNC.BIN overrides original game files as well as modded game files. You would have to edit your SYNC.BIN to get this to replace the vice jersey already there. Also this was added with SYNC.BIN and not just updated so it wasn't originally there to begin with. Editing SYNC.BIN might not even work in this case because that was how the game knew it was there in the first place.

It is just way easier to release as a replace for another jersey.

E: Pinoy21 yeah idk if there is a way yet, if you find out a way to extract and repack please let others know. I know a way to extract some files out of SYNC.BIN but it doesn't reliably pull all the data and all the files. There are some jersey files like the updated warriors hwc files that I have been able to extract but I didn't find the vice jerseys last time I tried
