Question for the modding community

Hi guys

For a project in the Netherlands I'm working on I have a question about modding NBA games.

Is it possible to mod characters to sit in a wheelchair? We want to see if we can make a mod for wheelchair bound people so they can play wheelchair basketball NBA games.

Certainly a noble idea for project. I don't think anyone's found a way to mod the physics and models to that extent, though.
