*I added more real prospects. Updated some ratings. Removed many badges.
Once I add a few more prospects and update more ratings/ badges, I will create a separate thread specifically for this draft class.

I have uploaded the 2005 Draft class

So far there are 16 real prospects including guys like Bogut, CP3, Deron Williams
I included HS guys like Gerald Green and Bynum. I will add more later.

I also updated the 2009 Draft again

Currently includes 39 real prospects ranging from 1st overall pick Blake Griffin all the way to Robert Vaden.
I will continue to add more prospects over time.

So is there any word or any forums that are trying to make retro rosters? There hasn't really been any active in maumaus retro roster forum and I don't know of any other 2k18 retro roster projects

I have decided to personally wait for summer to do more retro projects, if at all.
It was a big blow to my progress when I had a guy beg to help but then not respond after I finally sent the files to the guy.
Initially the guys said he was making progress, but when it came time to send the files back...the guy just disappeared from the forums. I spent about a month messaging trying to figure out what was going on. The guy has never written me back after stating that he would send me his progress "tomorrow" lmao. Tomorrow never came for him. I hope he's OK.

I thought there would be more community retro rosters w/ multiple people working together but it has been very hard to get large group projects such as retro seasons going.
I'm not sure if demand for retro rosters is down or not. Also the game has so many ratings and tendencies that it is hard for just one person to get alot done if they have school, job, family, kids, or any other major time consuming activity.

There is a shimmer of hope. There is a tool in the works that will allow us to input all the roster data into an excel file and upload it to a roster file.
This type of tool would make roster building much easier to deal with. Big strides have been made. The community is close to a big breakthrough, hopefully everything works out so this tool can be released.

Aaah sorry to hear about that bad luck, hopefully that tool ends up becoming a reality that would be great!

There's a 2010-2011 roster by Chrome Claymore that's pretty solid. It's far from complete, but would make a good base. It's pretty much completely accurate until you get to the nets then alot of teams only have 8-10 players and some ages are off. I haven't looked too much at it, but it's definitely a good start.

NewKing has a 2007-2008 update roster. Almost all the roster have less than 14 players, but it's it's more complete than his original file, every team has a correct roster.

There's a couple '09 rosters that are a decent start, but still need alot of work.

Also I haven't searched for the name, but there's a user by the name of m.waynecooper that made a pretty close to done 2003 roster for 2k17, he might have some close to complete rosters on 2k18.

Never mind about New Kings roster, I was half asleep when I looked at it. I don't think theres been any changes other than adding the actual interfaces for Gerald Wallace, Carlos boozer, Danny granger and caron butler

Due to school I haven't had enough time to add all accurate players. I usually get most of the info from 2k14 UltimateBaseRoster. It would be amazing to get an 2003-2004 season roster just because it's a solid place to start an association. If anybody is interested in forming a group or to get this project done that would be amazing.

2003-2004 is my favorite season to start from. I usually start with the Nuggets because of Carmelo. There was one time I played a season w/ rookie Lebron and T-Mac on the Orlando Magic back in the NBA Live days.
Not sure how much I can help due to being involved in a lot of projects. Still I would love to see this roster.

Are there classic teams roster around that removes the generic players and adds the real players in the roster? I want to start a classic teams myleague and use these. thank you!

I'm currently starting a 2001-02 roster. Just trying to fill out skeleton rosters with players that are in game first. Then I'll back fill rosters with the smiths , Miller's and johnsons etc. Ratings, ages and jersey numbers etc aren't touched yet. My current progress is uploaded, 2001-02 In Progress its called on steam. I'll start a thread on it over next few days. I can't do cyberfaces etc so will ask for help and some permissions on those.

Once you create a thread I will add a link.
