Re: Roster editing using CE

I updated the Jerseys table (v1.1). Now we can edit jersey type (home, away, practice), jersey name (as shown above by TGsoGood), warmup jackets and sponsor patches (image below).

Making those tables is fun and I've been learning a lot about cheat engine and memory editing in general. But it is incredibly time consuming. So I won't be updating them as frequently in the future.

Carolus, I knew you would update the table right after I finished my 1st tutorial for the Jersey table.
Great work.
I will try to finish several tutorials for your cheat tables.

In case any one has not not noticed, these table allow us to do most of the same things RED MC allowed us to do back in 2K14.

I think the jersey type is controlled by a parameter in the .iff file outside of the game itself.
You would not be able to change jersey sleeve type in cheat engine

They removed the sleeved jersey models this year, so no.

Use the player edit cheat table, it has an option for headbands.
I will have a video tutorial later for that cheat table.

You have to actually select the NBA 2k18.exe process in cheat engine and go into the edit player screen in game

Have you had any luck changing the warmups? I tried a few times with no luck.

try swapping current teams to see if you can change their warmups. It might only work with current. The only way we had extra/classic teams last year with warmups I believe is when PeacemanNOT figured out how to package in the warmup files in with the jerseys that were in D43's rosters

edit: credit to PeacemanNOT for the jerseys (Y)

I'm not sure why I'm just throwing out ideas

Well that was technically me since I made every single jersey/warmup for the UCTR. But yeah, I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working.

That was 100% peacemanNOT, he gets all the credit for that, not me.
