I'd look up The Goods youtube channel for a start. The short of it is that you need the model(SCNE file) and a dds file that says "color" in the name. Then all you have to do is find textures or images you want to use and "texture paint" over the original dds file in Blender. Then you export the image and put it in the "shoe_ng" file.

i've seen the color dds its identical with 2k14 haha but i dont know how to texture paint in blender and i cant seem to find a shoe list also

I made a custom shoe in the game. I found it in the Manifest.txt that I made but i am unable to find the (SCNE file) or dds Files. I used NBA Explorer to find it and the only line I got was this

Am I looking in the wrong spot? if so can you please help me out so I can create shoes and upload it to NLSC

I've never tried but if its as simple at texture painting I cant see why not I might look into doing it I just have no clue how to find the files

I know that Void was able to change textures of the shoe editor patterns. The DDS files for the shoe editor patterns are in the global named (Camo, crackle, speckle & weave).

I'm just wondering if someone can point me in the right direction via tutorial or a topic, or can assist me in creating custom shoes.

The issue I am having is how to extract the shoe file then load it back up with the proper name shoe_ng_...... So I can post it for everyone to DL.

Sorry if this is a question that has been answered, I have searched this forum and NLSC, yet I have not found a tutorial for this.

I suggest everybody to download BattlePhenom Kyrie 3 and look the file as template....you can exercise with this and you can assign your work using Kyrie 3 BHM. As for shoe modding look for Blender + Texture + Paint + Project...as I'm doing by myself

remodelling the shoe just like millr did is a very long process, making the vertices move as if you are just modding a cf

This is exactly this video that I used to understand how to create a texture on blender for my shoes... Good find
