I now have access, I created this thread before I had access.

I figured as much, just wanted to make sure I'd fixed everything up properly for the future. Again, apologies for the mix-up there, not sure how that came about.

I am having trouble with exporting the players model that I have edited. It keeps saying "file not found." I followed your video exactly as well.

What I did in the model was pretty much very simple. I attempted to shrink the head sizes of certain players that have their head too big.
I used the scale feature to scale their head/neck part (vertex group) to about .92 and i shift it slightly so everything lines up. I then just use merge feature (alt M ) and merge existing vertices. However, when I export i get the "file not found" error."

I was unsure if It was my mod that cause the issue so I open a default model, tried exporting it and it worked fine. However, if I waited a few mins and attempted to export again, I get the same file not found error.

Any ideas on why it is acting like this?

Do not merge vertices. Also if you could capture it on video it would help. If not, just make sure the full file address is in the import line

I have just tested exporting the file right now same results with no modifications to the model. Any idea? This is using the model from MLLR.

yeah i know, it was just a guess but it worked for me. its the same thing back then when i cant export because the directory input was not complete.
tried recreating the problem, the directory in the import panel is not complete as shown in the pic below, i tried exporting the model and i get a .json error. i put in the complete directory and now it works fine.

UPDATE
The same thing applies for the exporter panel, when the directory is not complete i get a "file not found" error just like you do. It works just fine when you type in the full directory of the folder youre gonna save it in.

So I manage to shrink the headsize of kyrie Irving and kawhi leonard. However, I ran into a problem. At certain face movements, the eyeball is popping out. Any idea where I can find the eyeball models so I can shrink that accordingly? I wonder if each player has their own eye model or maybe one eye model is used for all players.

1) Okay - I unlocked a hidden 2ksports team and made them into a "classic team". I am going to convert this to the '97-'98 Charlotte Hornets. I don't understand how I edit their jerseys to be something else in the game - like the 93 Hornets Jerseys for example. Also, I don't understand how to assign their court. When I load up the team its the GSW....little lost on how I find what team they are in the ARENA category so I can assign a different arena to them.

I have CE, but the cheat table isn't as clear-cut as the player and Arena/teams one.

2) I have filled out the 86, 92, and 08 Celtics. The 92 Celtics still need some portraits and ideally new bodies (I just used someone else's for now).
3) I haven't started portraints yet as I haven't read all that stuff but have a vague idea how to do it.
