Invisible Player Bodies in Game

Hi all!

I have had an issue where I accidentally put an older cyber face into the NBA2k17 directory, and now the player that I use in MyGM and in game does not appear. Even having deleted the file, I still cannot seem to restore the default body and cyber face. Can someone give any recommendations or suggestion.

PS. I have deleted and reinstalled the game. Did not help.
