How can edit the salary (points) of the players to make more realistic the franchise mode? I need to edit the team maximun, the new rookies, and players...
I don't find the salary.txt file like NBA 2001

The salary.ini file is in your Program Files\EA SPORTS\NBA Live 2003\felogic folder.

is this for after you've started a season?
because for previous live versions, the salary infomation was in the "save.dat" file in the directory which you saved your franchise

tv21x, no... this is before you start any franchise mode... a salary patch "for ever"

The only advice I can give is that changing salary.ini won't recalculate existing players' salaries. Those must be changed in players.dbf. Of course, it will affect free agent signings in Franchise Mode, new created player contracts, maximum/minimum deals, salary cap increase etc.
