If I am not mistaken it should be easier than creating from nothing why should there be one last year so you should only convert!

Hi AdvinXcola. I did a Tattoo mod for Fred Van Vleet. Unfortunately I can't import it on your CF using IFF editor, because your Van Vleet CF doesn't have a chest_color DDS file. If you can find a way to import it on your Mod, you may use the DDS file i made, See download link below. Thanks!
