how do you install into the game

Put those Files into your 2k17 gamer folder.
Than download the scoreboard file an put it into the "modded" folder.

I'm trying to edit the scoreboard for my own personal use. Like how the ones in this thread was edited from the original NBA TV scoreboard. I'm having a problem. When I import back into the iff file, I see it. but in game there's nothing there, not even the scoreboard. Would anyone be able to help more with how to edit the scoreboard and make it show up in the game? I used to be a little familiar with this stuff, but haven't tried anything in a really long time. I'm using Photoshop if that helps, also what setting should I save the dds file as after I'm finished editing the scoreboard. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I have the same problem there must be a special setting when saving back the file...

I was told it's pretty much the same process as it was when i used to edit the ESPN scoreboard in NBA2k14 i believe it was. All i had to do was export the dds file edit the scoreboard the way to whatever I wanted, save it back as an dds file with the correct settings import it back in to iff file and it worked. It must be another step with 2k17 cause i do all of that but still no scoreboard in game... Could someone please post a quick tut on what they done to edit the scoreboard?
