Exporting does. It's just the files are scrambled (like 0B and OD don't show up when you try to load them). If you have it in your preferences to pull from the 2k17 directory, load OA as a test. You should see English.iff etc. Also, if Manifest-G is in your NBA 2K17 directory, remove it and try again. Don't remove the regular manifest though.

The tool worked for me to export.

It's kind of a guessing game because its all scrambled. Load each of the directories (like 5 at a time so the tool doesn't crash) and find the bucks. I believe the Bucks court is F001. So if you pull a directory and see F001 and S001, you found the bucks directory. Look for the jersey in there.
