Please stop pestering people about releases, particularly in other patchers' release threads. You can wait, you must wait, and you will wait...patiently, and without badgering people. If this keeps up, there'll have to be an official warning, so please don't let it get to that stage.

Pestering people about their releases does not make work come out quicker. It just accelerates burnout, and makes people more likely to hang it up, because an enjoyable hobby has become a chore and an obligation. I've discussed that in this week's Monday Tip-Off, I'd suggest giving it a read and keeping what I said in mind: Monday Tip-Off: Why Modders Stop Modding

Appreciate the upload, but it'd be best if you create your own release thread for that.

Also, when releasing new versions of the same update, please edit the previous file entry to add a new version. That way, we avoid confusion with duplicates and so forth, and users can download previous versions if they wish.

alright i have made a game plan for the 2016 season team updates.... i am going to make all the players on the team rosters that were on the teams on this date.... i have compiled all my pictures that i need to make said players... if they get traded or cut, then so be it.... im not deviating from my gameplan... thats what frustrated me last time and killed my desire to make all the teams... so i am making all teams dated on 1-14-16.....
