please guys, just regular 2k14 resolution, no HD whatsoever... not anything that can cause crashes or lower FPS.

I downloaded all the retro files, 1-16, plus 17. Pasted and Replaced in my default NBA 2K Folder. Put the rosters in. When I load the rosters, almost every player has missing portraits, therear eblank logos, jerseys, etc.

I downloaded part 5 like u suggested skoadam, and it added portraits, but still lots of missing cyberfaces and jerseys. The reasons I only downloaded 1-17 under retro is because it said "All Necessary Art Files for Retro Rosters here". Is it necessary to download every link on the page including 1-4 (2015/2016?) Im onl yusing retro rosters

Logos sets(not retro logos,all of them are in parts1-16) are in part6 for current. I gave people choice to choose between current and retro files. But it wont work if you want to use only retro rosters. It will work if you want to use only current. Why? Because i dont want to duplicate huge files in both sector, like logos, portraits. All this to Save space for parts. Still all jerseys,cfs,courts,arenas for retro rosters from 1985 to 2012 are inside part1-17, if you see something different you did something wrong, there is no missing cfs, arena,court,logo in URBball.
To be honest i never thought some1 could decide to download only retro rosters and no1 did from 3years, until today. I understand only current and i gave you this possibility.

Tried downloading all files in order, and now I get a crash at the loading stat menu screen. It's either crashing, or missing faces and jerseys. So lost. And I thought installing UBR was hard

I'll try to give directions exactly like I downloaded the project.

1. Download ALL parts regardless if you want current, retro, or both.
2. Copy and paste parts in order into the main folder.
3. Install roster/season/association/DC/MC files in the saves folder.
4. Play the game.

This is what I've done and it has worked every time I had to do it.

it is easy

first 1-17 retro parts, then 1-8 current parts and of course all settings and roster files into "saves" folder.

but you must know that you CAN'T use any custom scoreboard or any other custom mod/file that can mix up with URB files.

Would it be possible to have the assoc/season 2K16 file with CPUvsCPU sliders pre-set ? Thank you.


When I create a season ( I changed few player's tendencies ), the game just crash so I only can play season on the file you made

Nah, my 2K files are cleans, never played any other mods or add anything else that all your parts.

Maybe I had some errors while pasting the parts into the 2K files, I might need to try it again.

This week, I've updated the statistical ratings and tendencies to what was produced over the first 20 games of the season. The Warriors are NASTY. The Spurs, right now, have the best DRTG of any team I've ever seen (88 points allowed per 100 possessions!!!) and their defensive awareness is RIDICULOUS. They had 4 or 5 players with well over 100's in that category so I had to dumb them down to 99. I also adjusted all players attack the basket and pull up tendencies. I need to update dribbling tendencies on about half the teams and I will send to SKO.

Wait until you guys the other CF's I've been seeing.

Every player who has played at least 10 games and at least 15 minutes per game had all statistical ratings and tendencies updated.

1. Can i play with User timing or i need to adjust the liders if i want to play with user timing? If i need to adjust what i need? what you recommend?

2. Sliders are perfect only the Fatigue sliders in my opinion is too high becasue the players start to tired quickly despite i call time outs? Or is it just for me?

1. you can always try and report how it looks
2. i dont think fatigue is too high, you cant play full game with energy around 80-90. Two timeouts(cpu and yours) per quarter is enough and its close to real right? also use bench more. But im open for suggestion, few days ago i heard that fatigue is too low so right now im confused.

If you are new user of U R Basketball project and you're interested only in 2015/2016 roster you must download all parts for current 2016 roster and remember to download part 8 only for 2k14 and paste files from part8 at the end. But If you are U R Basketball user from 2k13 and you still have zip parts somewhere, all you have to do is download parts 7 & 8 only for 2k14 and paste all files from all parts into main game folder. After this you must download 2K14 Rosters Files.
If you want to use retro rosters from 1985-2015, URBandNCAA roster or Ultra Roster Base you must download all retro parts
