I would wait for patch 3 before I started anything with sweat, since any work you do will need to be re-done in a few days.

i just ned to remaster again my hex'ed skills ATM haha.. i totally forgot how to use hex workshop tbh.. im gathering my skills again.. hope patch 3 is around the corner ^^
EDIT: i feel like a noob finding the parameters again of the player haha

okay okay okay... i manage to change the skintone using hex.. but this is not yet finish.. what do you think??

You can actually modify individual shaders too. That's how R4zoR modified Kevin Seraphin. You can hex edit the bodypart_color.TXTR files and make them different colors.
Sat Nov 21, 2015 2:05 am
what do you mean individual?? by players??
Sat Nov 21, 2015 8:27 am
Yeah, every player's skintone can be modified through their iff files.

This looks amazing! Considering what did you do for 2K14 I can't even imagine what will 2K16 look! Ofc if everything go well..
Sat Nov 21, 2015 12:57 pm
TBM, ahh i see, but what im doing is can affected all the players having the same skintone.. but i can use that technique

thnx
last night i created a zombie LOL.. this is when my head is going to explode ^^

now that i tweak again and it seems "right" to my eyes..

what do you think??

Looking forward to your global mod work.
These previews are great.

Looks great. Now you can make people such as Dennis schroder charcoal black because thats what he really looks like. I hate 2k lighting up skin because they feel like it.

I know LeBron looks a little pale, but I like where this is going. Keep us updated

Looks nothing like Kobe's skintone IMO.
This is what Kobe actually looks like in proper lighting:

A lot of the images you're using for comparisons are not with proper lighting, the white balance is off, the image isn't properly saturated ect, so you're not going to get accurate skintones doing that. Not to mention, you really shouldn't have one set skintone thing like this that globably effects every player in the game at once IMO. Every player has a unique skintone that should be adjusted manually. Doing this just makes everyone grey with a tint of green.

I think that is the most realistic looking screenshot of the game that I have seen so far.. The skin tone is actually pretty damn close too.. I think that it needs a small amount more saturation.. But of course the real life Kobe is going to look a little different with each pic.. I think that is really really close though..

Sweat looks good, but the skintone still looks like it is made of something sweet like caramel, on both Kobe and Lebron
