Later today I will post final game settings and slightly updated nvidia control panel settings that I use and with which the game runs 60fps constantly with no frame drops. So if you will experience any lag/stutter with them applied you will have to look elsewhere - it will be either due to your gpu/cpu bottleneck or other part of the hardware or even OS issue. Now at least after the 3rd patch I can happily confirm that mid-high-range-pc handles the game great and there are no in-explainable stutters and frame drops, as it was initially after the game was released. I must also point out that change of anti-viruss (AVAST) settings (added exclusion (steam folder)) also helped me to improve overall game experience (not necessarily the game-play part, but the everything linked to highlights and replays).

Right click on the desktop -> NVIDIA Control Panel -> Manage 3D settings
Updated both (nvidiaCP and game settings) settings and included .rar with both of them <-see post #1. In final version (after 3rd patch) pre-rendered frames play no difference, but I still recommend to try out those settings (maximum pre-rendered frames and VR pre-rendered frames) in setups that don't run as smooth as butter, since @1 for both them was problem solver before latest patch. I already noted it but now Vsync On and Buffer count work proproperly, meaning with Vsync On and Buffer count @3 you get the same smooth operation that you would get if you would enforce through Nvidia control panel - no funny stuff as it was pre-patch 3 where tripple buffering was causing stuttering all over the place.

I'm not tech savvy enough to play with my settings and understand what to change so I tried the above NVIDIA settings Could someone lend a hand by posting both the NVIDIA Control Panel Settings I should use as well as the in-game ones. Right now, my FPS during gameplay is about 40. Is there anyway to improve and play at high settings?? Should I consider changing my GPU (if it's even possible)?
