ok maybe in yours.. i just cheked mine in REDMC and Huertas isnt in the roster att all.. i donwloaded mine when it last was updated some days ago. Roster is from 27/10/2015 11:54

Its the final2016 roster... i download the roster one more time and check again

Guess what happened is that you either made adjustments later because the version i first had was from 11:54 and didnt have Huertas and the one online know was last changed like after 15:00 and does have Huertas.. so just redownload it !!

Finally downloaded the 2K14 version of the URB. The gameplay has been the BEST I have played in 2 years of having this game.
I used URB a few times for 2k13 and was satisfied.

Now that I finally got URB with draft classes for 2K14 this is looking really good. The gameplay is really good with the settings files.
I always hate to see the overall ratings but when you dig deeper everything is pretty accurate as usual. It really shines through in
the gameplay. You really have to scout players.
