both rosters are good2go, i think 1 or 2 waives are missing in Ultra. Ultra is just for playing against greatest retro teams or create custom seasons with retro and 2016 teams. 2016 roster is for quick games, playoffs, seasons, asso, it is more safe to use this file for advanced modes.
If you want to play asso or season with realistic rotations simple load 2016asso or 2016season file.

So what exactly is the ShtLowPost rating for? Why is it hidden? What purpose does it serve when there is a ShtClose and Standling Layup Rating?
Wed Oct 28, 2015 6:25 am
I assume shot low post is a rating that governs all low post shot success rates, but it's just a guess. No idea why it's hidden. Layup rating determines the success rate of non-dunk momentum shots that finish at the rim, I believe standing layup is a rating that controls the success rate of non-motion shots inside the restricted areas that aren't dunks (I know it is what Inside Shot was in previous installments), Shot close controls the success of shots that aren't post shots from outside the restricted area to approximately the FT line, post fadeaway and post hook directly effect the success rate of those shots from a post-up position.

Love your roster... Best gameplay !!
Still remaining is the issue with fatigue..
I would like to have thoughts of other people in here about it ?
I feel that timeouts are giving back to much of the stamina. It should give back stamina at the same rating when sitting down players per minute.
Is there anyway to like get it even ??
Also like in the last playoffs Lebron averaged 42 minutes per game ( including overtime games ) which seems almost impossibe with the current settings.. Should the fatigue and stamina sliders be adjusted or the ratings of the players ??
Would like oppionions of more people

!!

Slimm already addressed the impact ShtLowPost has on gameplay, but I wanted to add that it has no impact on the Sim Engine. Also, I think there is a misperception that Standing Layup is the only factor that impacts Inside Shot Success for the 2k14 Sim Engine. The other variables are Dunk/Standing Dunk (the max of the two) and the Dunk vs Layup Tendency. The higher the DvL Tendency, the higher the Inside Shot FG% (even if the Dunk rating is 25).
Here are the extreme & middle ground benchmarks:
99 Standing Layup + 99 Max of Dunk/Standing Dunk + 99 Dunk vs Layup = around 68% Inside Shot Success
80 Standing Layup + 60 Max of Dunk/Standing Dunk + 50 Dunk vs Layup = around 54% Inside Shot Success
60 Standing Layup + 25 Max of Dunk/Standing Dunk + 0 Dunk vs Layup = around 42% Inside Shot Success

Armon, are you sure about the other factors in determining inside shot percentage other than standing layup? I am pretty sure I remember doing a ridiculous amount of testing back at the end of 2013 when this game was released and chalked the variations of %'s with any standing layup rating to statistical variance. I don't have the notes I used to keep of sims, but I am almost certain I remember nothing but standing layup and statistical variance impacting inside shot %.

This guy dont know what hes talking about, sry guys.

Yeah, I thought it was Standing Layup alone as well, but the huge variance amongst different players bothered me. So I worked my way through each Skill/Tendency by setting every player on the roster to the max/min and eventually found that these were the isolated variables. If you're interested in my benchmark results, PM me.

Can you explain your fatigue issue one more time? Some example. Are you using turbo button non stop? Are you taking at least one timeout per quarter(two TO together with cpu)
