Player account expired! Help!

I'm currently having this problem "Player account expired" and I tried going to 2k.com and request an email verification but nothing happened, I even ask for like many. And other solutions? Thanks guys!

Did you have to contact them, or was there another method?

First, I registered on 2k website with my email I used on myplayer then keep on requesting/clicking the button if you dont receive an activation etc, then I login on nba2k, then when I open the game I still have the problem so what I did is, I tried to open the game again then create an account under my email, luckily I got my original player back. As of now I still dont have any confirmation email from them.

It can take a while to hear back. Good to hear that you got it working yourself though, definitely valuable info in case anyone else runs into that issue.
