Editing Jersey Colors (Easiest Way)

I thought jerseys will be in the OY as all the teams have it, but seems raptors doesnt have jerseys only uniforms :/

Raptors jerseys are in OY. Offset: 175341486 is white jersey.

Do you know how can I import a jersey number? I tried to import in dds 5, dds 1, png, but I can't. If I import a new number jersey in dds5, it will disappear in the game... I don't know how I can import new numbers...
