Purchasing team offline?

I know mygm mode it's kinda boring to me. I'm just skipping/simming all the seasons. Not fun to me. Playing games with it is just a waste on your time especially on shaq's and eyeglass man's part. (Seriously what the feg?) and there's also this thing that I'm having a hard time dealing with my rosters signing on my team having a hard cap or no money shit. Can i purchase the team offline? and how?

I'm not sure if that option is available offline, but if MyGM isn't really doing it for you, then you might want to go with MyLEAGUE instead. It's more along the lines of the traditional multi-season mode (eg Association in last gen), without the RPG elements of MyGM.
