If I do a clean install of windows and install 2k15 after that, will I lose MyTeam progress and all the cards? I don't care about MyCareer and other things.

I would assume not, since it's an online mode that stores your data/progress on the server. Backing up your saves certainly wouldn't hurt, though.

I tried it before, I reset my whole computer. The data is saved on steam, which is a website, not on your computer. So my MyTeam progress was not hindered.
