Please Help!!!

My game crashes when I try to open endorsements that have viewable content. When I try to open my Sprint endorsement my game always crashes. I have tried all kinds of different video settings. Including turning everything all the way down. My graphics card is old. It is a GTX260. All my drivers are up to date. I would very much appreciate any help that anyone could provide. Thank you very much in advance.

AFAIK GTX 260 is below minimum specs anyway.

It's reloaded version. The game runs fine other than that though.
