I had the same Issue yesterday with my AMD 7870.
All I did was turning on V-Sync always in my AMD Tool and it was running smooth than ever before.

It was more of Leftos trying to see if FPS was the issue, by having you lock into 30 I believe. It was more for his own edification to help try and find an ultimate solution. I don't know that it's worked for anyone. Maybe drop it to the bottom?

Yeah, he was just trying to narrow down the cause. He never suggested that it would work.

I have a problem with Stuttering only when I play MyPark... why ?

Nothing worked besides Pdub solution (which is still... meh)
I can confirm it's audio issue. Literally i tried everything possible already. For days/weeks i'm trying to find a solution, but nothing. ONLY when i disable my sound card i getting smooth gameplay. I pray for the day that someone will show up with a good solution how to fix this audio stutter thing.
