Can't connect to 2k servers still

Hi everyone I'm new to the site and just wanted to see if anyone had some insight on this problem.

So everytime I launch the game I can't connect to the 2k servers. My connection works for every single game but this one for some reason. Is there a problem with my router or something? Also mylocker is not in my options/features. I've reinstalled the game twice and verified my game cache twice since the game came out.

Try making an exception in your firewall.

Hi tbm,I did that and added all of the ports on 2k's support website. I even disabled my firewall and antivirus and tried to connect. still no luck .
