I need help. Very badly.

God this is such bullshit. Beyond frustrated, have spent hours trying to find a solution.

I've got about 5 hours left on my download, and should be able to really crack open the game on Sunday. I'll see if I can't help then. It'll get figured out, don't worry. May take a little bit, but it will be.

Update: I've been thinking about this over the afternoon. Here is what I came up with

I think I could fix it if it wasn't that RadeonPro and Catalyst Control Center profiles don't work on the game. I can tell because if I turn off V-Sync in the in-game 2K menus, but do override force v-sync on in radeon pro or catalyst control center, the fps in my 2k15 goes way over 60, even on max settings.

So I NEED to figure out how to make these profiles apply to the game so I can try out the opengl triple buffering, and related, fixes. IF anyone has experience with profiles not applying to the game, please give me a comment.

It is NOT just AMD Cards...
MY GTX 770 is struggling the same way.

My 970 is struggling as well... tried all the fixes available... didn't work for me.

I have an AMD FX-6300, I don't get any crazy micro-stuttering.
