anyone know how to save edited hair in 3dm , wich dds format i need to save in photoshop, i forget :/

If what you meant was the texture for the 3d hair, then in gimp, it is compression:none (I think)

I will release one face by one when i have time , and when i finish about 10 players i will create pack with all that faces :)
