Change Game Default Sliders (HoS Research, Help Needed)

Here is a decompressed version of the default file for people who cannot do it themselves.

i ended up finding one that someone had posted somewhere, was a great help. i dont know what happened, worked perfect the first time i did it, then i lost everything on my system and when i reinstalled it acted like a stubborn mule. the dloaded tunedata worked a treat, i thank you very much for your help and all the great files ive downloaded from the site. cheers

Is there a way to edit the tunedata without effecting the way the cpu teammate and cpu opponent?
I just want the player that i am controlling to have 100% success rate and not to make my teammate super and opponent dumb.

I have made a new tunedata iff.
Its best being played at hall of fame diffi in my player.
You still have to pay a lot of attention to the cpu, but you score with ease.
Best to play with a controller tho, since for most shots you just have to press shot button not too long.
Tried this for half a season with myself at the clippers as a PG 99. It works great. Fun to score, easy to score, but still need to pay a lot of attention to the D

Thanks for the tutorial JaoSming! I edited the tunedata file to realistic hall of fame sliders and now my MyCareer is a lot more realistic. The biggest change I see is with rebounding. It used to be so frustrating averaging only around 9 rebounds on my 6'11 rebounding center with all rebounding stats maxed and with all the rebounding sigs. Now, in the last 10 games I'm averaging 14 rebounds and I just set my career high in rebounds at 27.

This community is so useless. No clear instructions. They don't even dare to explain how to recompress and fix that HoS error Notepad message. How can we even learn?! It's so frustating to the point that no one even dared to video themselves edting tunedata.
