Half Left Arm + Whole Right Arm + 3/4 Head White

I'm having a very strange problem. I'm loading the game for the first time, and the bottom half of the players left arm, his whole right arm, and 3 quarters of his face except for the top left corner, are completely white. His legs are fine.
I installed a bunch of mods for various things. Does anyone know which file is causing this?

The player does not have an face (png)!?

Only the top right corner of his face is showing normally. The rest is completely white. It still has some sort of facial features on the white part, but it doesn't match up with that 1/4 of the face that's normal.
I uninstalled the game, then reinstalled, and I'm now in the process of carefully installing mods via JSGME.
If I get an error like I did before, I'll try to take a screenshot and post it here.

The issue is in either the pchair.iff, pcfacehair.iff, pcface.iff, pcchest.iff, or the pcarmtats.iff files. This is the same issue I had when I tried to install the enhanced generic players mod. So, what I did to fix it was to change it back to the original files.

That's exactly what I installed! (v3)
However my files weren't backed up so it was reinstall time. This installation's on my Windows SSD drive, and now Mods are being handled w/ JSGME.

should be now more careful with mods this time 
(I messed up my game and now I can't use any ENBs anymore)
