Ok guys a quick update:

- Blender/3ds Max is the way to go...I had too many problems importing skinny->regular cloth files
- Using 3ds max blender requires I lot of time and try/catch logic
- I've tryed to make the more tight near the neck...loook at the picture red boxes

Wouldn't be better to start from a already quite good base instead of trying to build from scratch? I mean, if this file is acceptable for high res, it'd just need some work here and there (shoulder most of all) because the base is quite good:

to be honest i dont know bro..i will look into that.all i know is that its too complicated because of the jersey movements.try something like make the jersey movement stiffer thank flowy.i think theres a tutorial for that here in nlsc.have no idea if that will help though.its the same problem i was having when resizing the jerseys before through hex.its overlapping.
