I'm the same way just not that good with this computer stuff unless i see a video telling me how to do it I'll just live the the ESPN as it is it's still great and the tnt one is great to It's still good :)

I watched JaoSming's video, downloaded GIMP, DDS plugin, downloaded a DXT5 coverter, but the mod tool wasn't importing the texture I have made, and I ultimately decided to delete everything. Lols. I wanted to do so much too. ];

Don't give up man lol. I spent allllll day looking at Jao's video. I exported the Section 2, subfile 11 part of the current scoreboard to desktop as i named it 1 so it became 1.dds. Now, i opened up the empty espn png into gimp then scaled it to see if it was the same size as the current bottom part of the scoreboard which is 3072 by 1536. Downloaded both the Forgotten Future and Klavika fonts and used it on gimp. So i enter the NBA On ESPN text into the empty box, moved it over into the middle then export as, not save as because it doesnt work for me to the file into the 1.dds file then import res into the
Section 2, subfile 11 and there you have it lol.

http://code.google.com/p/gimp-dds/

Download either 32 or 64 bit, then go into program files, go to Gimp 2, then to lib, then to gimp, 2.0, then plugins, then extract the file.

Ahhh the yellow box of hell lol. I had problems with that for hours until i learned that you click on layer and merge down in gimp and everything should be normal from there. It was a pain with that yellow box around the text lol The compression is BC3/DXT5 and Generate mipmaps

I prefer 75, although its not the best, mess around with that would be a good start though. I can't center it perfectly either.

LIke what Bizzy45 said, merge the font down, and anchor images down so you only have 1 layer.

Thanks, after 3 hours of messing around, I got it! [':

Not perfect, plus I don't know how to make the backgrounds of logos transparent, but hopefully someone better than me can help with that. Lol.
