Thanks bro, no luck on the leg sleeves at the moment, the UV map doesn't transfer into the global making the tights distort and appear all jacked up. I think it's going to take some hex editing or hacking within the global to get it to work correctly.

Well guys first off I'd like to thank you for your patience with me on this one. I know I usually churn out my mods a little quicker than I did this one, but between being sick, having to create a new bootcamp on my Mac, having family come in town and the sad thought that my friend SJ would be retiring has all amounted to the delaying of the next release. But enough with the jibber jabber here is BETA v0.5 of my Dedication Global feat. SJ & Lagoa now w/ SJ's AC4 BETA modifications!

*Known Isssues:
Crash when going to edit Dwyane Wade (not sure why this is, the base of SJ's that I'm using has brought up this bug)
Tricep and Forearm area low res/warped look (looking to fix this, not successful as of yet)
Medium height shoes on left have slight warping on inside (looking into this as well)
Remember as always this is a BETA so nothing is final and there will be some bugs so point out anything you find and give feedback as always.
I have yet to make the normal arm sleeve version of the body mods, however if there is a high enough demand for it I'll work on it and release it for you all as soon as I can.

one question though... seams like on this beta the skincolours got more red again if you compare it to the last one you released. ( i think it was the alfa where you wrote about other skin colours ) anybody else having this problem ?

I really don't see red skin tones at all this time around. SJ's new skin tones are really neutral this time around, though they're still in BETA I posted previews of all the skin types earlier just to show what they should look like.

I guess I forgot that layer, since I had to use SJ's base which is derived from Lagoa's V4 base I had to re-import all my layers and will have to do so again for the official release. but I know the layer you're speaking of, it isn't really new face animations moreso new face wrinkle regions defining the animations. I've put it in the updated download, thanks for pointing it out!

As -scarface- pointed out I forgot to include a layer I had previously included in my last BETA. Here's the updated download link with the new face wrinkle regions/facial animations.
Also SJ has announced he will be releasing 3 versions of his AC4 global in the official release. I'm not sure the difference between each just yet but I may include all 3 versions in the Official release of the Dedication Global. With that being said, please vote in the poll for body modifications for the official release of the Dedication Global which will be my next update!

The top 4 choices will be the 4 variations included in the official release.
For Reference Lower Bodies are classified as such:
Length: Cam's New Lower Body > Cam's Skinny Lower Body > Lagoa's Longer Lower Body > Default Lower Body
Width: Default Lower Body > Cam's New Lower Body > Lagoa's Longer Lower Body > Cam's Skinny Lower Body

1. i would like to see tnt theme removed;

2. lightning and ambient occlusions looks more realistic to me in lagoa's v4 than sj's used in this compilation. this is too dark imho and white players are too dark;

3. skin and sweat texture looks more realistic to me in lagoa's v4 also.

4. i would like to see one version based on only on lagoa's global.

Depending on your camera angle it could be 2k's way of proportioning. (I play in 2k camera angle so I know what you're talking about if you mean height wise) I increased the length of thin body types to match those of the new legs I edited and it may have made some players seem taller, I haven't played the game to notice as I've been in Blender for edits and Practice Mode for screen shots

Glad you like it! As far as the thin legs, it's something I haven't really had a chance to test myself outside of close-ups and Blender. However I did take this screenshot to compare with an NBA broadcast for reference of how skinny the athletes legs are.

I'll keep all that in mind. The TNT theme isn't really a big deal for me to remove or not include, I just went with it as it had been requested a lot. As far as the Lagoa references, everything you mentioned from Lagoa's global is default 2k aside from body occlusions (shading). SJ used Lagoa's V4 as the base for his hex edits. Lagoa edits textures and occlusions and such and just keeps 2k's default skin tones, lighting and shadows which leads to what you see with sweat, skin tone, etc, etc. So everything from Lagoa's v4 more or less is in this global. Everyone has their own taste of course. I'll consider doing a version from 2k default as a base which is basically what you're asking w/ Lagoa's V4 edits if there's a high enough demand for it.


Thanks for the quick feedback as always guys, it helps me discover things that I may overlook or just bypass. Here are the pictures I mentioned above to show the skinniness of NBA player's legs from a distance in real life.




The body edits aren't final so there's still time for me to make edits of course. I may shorten the Leg's slightly or move the shoes up the leg a bit, or maybe even re-size bodies as a whole for when 2k does their proportioning everything looks okay as no matter how long the legs and such are made, 2k keeps things within their boundaries. I'm not sure what steps will be taken but I of course look into everything!

guess long people have thing leggs in general. This maybe makes it hard to make exceptions but thats the way it is... googled for some images and was quite shocked about there thin legs.. not like soccerplayers for sure
