The new look Brooklyn Nets came to play tonight, the so far quiet good playing Milwaukee Bucks were no hurdle at all. An impressive frontcourt of Johnson and Williams combined for 55 points, the Nets also dominated the boards with an 11 rebound margin.
Garnett and Pierce filled out their new roles with the Nets effortless. Paul Pierce hit some crucial shots to keep the Bucks in a calming distance, while Garnett booked a game high of 11 boards.
Larry Sanders production declined a bit to his season totals. With only 16 points and 8 boards he was not able to gather a double-double throughout the last 3 games.
AK47 showed a decent game - he provided 7 points from the bench
John Henson is supposed to get some more playing time in the future. Henson finished with 8 boards and 3 blocks in 19 minutes playing time.
still uncommon to see Pierce in a black uniform

With a very clutch performance by Luke Ridnour the Milwaukee Bucks upset the highly favored San Antonio Spurs in the last 4 minutes of the game. Ridnour was substituted for Brandon Knight who was fouled out in the fourth quarter.
At 98:97, Ridnour made an important layup to bring the Bucks up by one. Tony Parker on the other side missed a floater and Ridnour grabbed the board. He was fouled and had to shoot two from the line, which he sinked effortlessly.

The terms of bad success seem to be over in Cleveland. With a solid victory over the Milwaukee Bucks, the Cavaliers advanced to a 15 - 10 record. This is by far the best start the team had since LeBron took his talents to South Beach.
With the return of Mike Brown and the rise of Kyrie Irving to stardom, the Cavaliers are a serious threat in the East this year.
Even the Bucks were able to hold off the Cavs early in November, their second encounter was not in their favor.
Behind Irvings 29 points, Alonzo Gee (17pts) was the second best scorer for the Cavs
Anthony Bennett the first overall pick in 2013 fit in well with his new team, he had 8 points combined with 10 boards
Bynum scored 16 points while Sanders was not in best shape defensively

Bucks bring back veteran Corey Maggette
The Milwaukee Bucks signed 14 season veteran Corey Maggette to a 1 year 1.66 M Dollar deal !
Maggette was already with the Bucks in 2010/11 where he averaged 12 points a game. Corey was picked 13th by the Orlando Magic in 1999, after his rookie season he signed with the Los Angeles Clippers where he arguably had his best times together with Elton Brand and Cuttino Mobley.
Even Maggette does not have the athleticism of that time, he can still provide some scoring power of the bench.

For the Milwaukee Bucks the year 2013 ended with a victory at Staple Center over the Los Angeles Lakers. Ending a three game skid and avoiding a below .500 record making this a conciliable finish for the Bucks.
The Lakers started strong into the first half with Stephen Jackson scoring 9 out of his 11 points in the first 24 minutes, but they were not able to keep up the pace when the Bucks ran away in the third quarter. Even Kobe Bryant having a great comeback season so far, he remained colorless in this one, only 14 points for the Black Mamba.
It was once again the huge effort from the Bucks second row which gained the victory. Corey Maggette who signed with the Bucks just one week ago scored a season high of 17 points.
After the new year celebrations, Milwaukee is going to face Utah and Phoenix on their home-court before they can return back home.
Stephen Jackson signed with the Lakers early in November
Kobe Bryant seem to be fully recovered from his cruel injury in April
