I was just wondering, why some players are only rated 25? What does that mean?

They're either underrated, there's been a mistake or an injury has lowered their ratings. Any specific examples?

Otto Porter for one. If he's out indefinitely, then why Kobe and Rondo only gets a -13 on their ratings? They're marked with color yellow.

Looks like we actually got the new jersey texture for the Spurs' Military Night jerseys. That's a welcome change of pace from previous years.

i already downloaded the new content twice but still gettin the pop up message that i need to update and i cant get to play online?

Seems that's how they're handling things this year, rather than giving them CAP appearances.

It doesn't appear that such an update exists yet. The latest one that's come through still doesn't include their injuries:
