Though my statement about Wade is in support of your argument that the league gives superstar treatment even to habitual hard foulers that endanger other players
you aren't seeing that Kobe's case clearly shares more relevancy to the case we were talking about.
I don't see how Dwyane Wade doing a flying clothesline is less relevant than Kobe elbowing players in comparing about players assaulting other players while playing.
