I don't do anything cyberface-related. I wish I knew how though. This thread is for cyberface patchers who know how to shrink heads instead of making 1 billion LeBron CFs. If a cyberface patcher participates in this, a link to the fixed cyberface will be posted alongside the name of the player edited.

I've tried in blender.. but i cant get it
everytime i scale down.. the eyes and mouth parts end up sticking out afterwards.. i cannot seem to get everything to scale down together
(and yes i do have all scenes selected)

The problem we have is that you need the edges of the shoulders/back/chest to stay where they are. These are where the headshape joins the rest of the body and if you scale down the whole headshape it won't be connected to the body anymore because you will have moved the edges, and the head will look like it's "floating".
So I have to select everything above the base of the neck and scale it down, then scale down the eyes, headband etc individually. Kind of annoying but I haven't found a quicker way yet.
I can make a video tute if you want but it's essentially what I've just said here.
