Changing your system locale to Chinese (even if just temporarily) will make the Chinese characters appear. I've done this on two different systems, running Windows 7 Ultimate and Windows 7 Home Premium and had success. That should help you get underway.

Your not the only one, I have the same issue.
When you're at the MC tab of the trainer, does it show the correct values for SP and the like?

3. Create new career ( random name )
4. Finish rookie showcase
5. Get drafted
6. I did not open edit player
6. Find preferable player to play with , right click, last one
