NBA 2K14 pc LAG HELP!!!

Hi, i have 4gb rams, 4 core i5 2.8ghz, amd radeon hd 5700, nba 2k13 wokrs perfectly on high grafihiscs, but nba 2k14 on low graf and lowest resoliuton wokrs very laggy, plz help, i think whis is not pc problem i think this promblem with nba 2k14:(
