I still haven't got to Stock Trading part of the game. But I think I will give Online a go whether I finish storyline or not.

I just followed the guide the second time around, just doing the first Les mission till the final heist then investing all the cash from that in to the stocks mentioned in those guides + the Tinkle hitchiker one.

The other stocks barely move to be worth investing in.

The first time I ended up with around 30 million per character, I'm glad I played it again because now I can just fuck shit up with tanks bought from the site and not feel too bad about the costs.

So yea, I'm going to try and finish up tonight. Also, I threw in 90% of Franklin's money into Ammunation since evidently that market is controlled by other players, so when you all buy guns, I get $$$.

Yep, roll those damn credits, time to raise some hell in LS

END GAME SPOILERZZZ tag yo' shit!
Chose C, wanted more violence for D. Those last missions were amazingly fun for me though, especially going about each part differently (sneak, guns, etc)

Well, when you're not being frustrated by difficult flying or the first Lost mission (managed to beat the O'Neill and 2nd Lost mission without any problem) this game can actually be pretty fun. Hilarious how they put Laslow in the game.

This game is amazing, the only complaint is the controls. If you can get by that, it's an outstanding game. I just wish it was out for PC so you could actually aim. I have to use assisted aiming and even that isn't perfect.

Indeed. Details in this game's amazing. Here's some I noticed.

(1) You can ride train. It's minor but is an example that they paid attention to the city design/gameplay. Train stations aren't marked on the map but details in graphics were surprisingly good even though it isn't part of the story.
(2) Look at the city. Building designs are dynamic and detailed. You never see same place. There's whole lotta culture in this city and feels realistic.
(3) Building, advertisement signs are great in details and design. Often times you will stop and look at them to see what it's about. And there're tons and rarely the same.
(4) Darn. Some of the designs in buildings/place are just beautiful. Like airport, parks, mountain, etc. And animation is gorgeous as well like lighting, wave and explosion.
(5) Even the cops. City has a city police and suburb has sheriff. Probably behaves the same but it's still cool to see 2 different police cars that resemble real life cop cars.
(6) Landscape.

But... (more like a wishlist)
Cons: (1) I hope there were more cars. No scooter/rollerblades/skateboard.
(2) People. For instance, there's no children. Most people are similar height. But yeah it's still the best we've seen in any games.
(3) Could improve. No basketball court. Neither baseball/soccer field. No schools/church either.

NovU, there are scooters, hell Trevor when you switch to him might bring on the "SCOOTER BUDDY" thing that was posted in this video - viewtopic.php?f=23&t=82976&start=450#p1653299

and there are basketball courts and other fields. Can't play on them, but they exist. I've seen multiple churches as well.

Do you really want a game where one can shoot and kill children? I mean, I see where you're coming from, but GTA V and violent video games are fazed with enough controversy already.

re: children

I tend to agree with Axel. Fallout 2 I believe is the only game I've seen with children you can kill. While the game does cross literally every other boundary (and obviously I believe in that), I don't think the ability to kill children would be worth putting in the game. Children are innocent and also aren't old enough to supposedly be allowed to play the game. But of course, ethos gets you nowhere in arguments so I'll just have to leave it at that.

I only have 4 or 5 missions left. last couple missions were awesome - infiltrating the FIB, then that fiasco with them and Merriweather... Still finding the game pretty easy - not Saint's Row 3/4 easy, and I haven't been going for gold, but still - can't wait for online.

The only gripe I have with the story so far is that Trevor kills Johnny from GTA IV: Lost and Damned. Not to mention the slight difficulty of the mission that comes with that. Regardless, I'm slowly starting to like Trevor and his deranged behavior.

As Lamrock said, the missions aren't as difficult as in past games. Maybe it's the fact that the pressure of having to start the mission over if I fail is gone.

On a sidenote, I've spent way too much time in the strip club. Sapphire and Juliet are hands down the best dancers there.

Trevor is easily one of the best characters in the game. I just wish I didn't have to skip through the Lost and pilot missions. I love his story to Wade as they're driving into LS. "Tricia".

I agree. But I think Fallout 3 did a great job and GTA V probably could have used a similar system imo.

I'm with you and Axel. as well. I don't think that's a line that GTA needs to cross; it's not a place it needs to go and it adds nothing substantial to a game that already attracts its fair share of controversy, warranted or not. Even if Rockstar flagged children as immortal as Bethesda/Obsidian did in Fallout 3/Fallout: New Vegas, they're still going to be hit/run over which is taking things too far and the argument that they don't die isn't going to hold much water in quelling the resulting outrage. Much easier to just leave them out.
