New Pierre Jackson by JMaster12 & R4z0r. It's in new miscellaneous files, but I don't want you guys to have to download an entire pack just for one face.... Apparently new Peyton Siva coming soon, as well.

Very considerate. Thx. (Y) Again, what's up with the shot selection popup that I mentioned in a earlier post?

Oops. I don't know why I didn't answer this before.

Go to Options > Game Settings > Presentation > Scroll down until you see shot feedback and turn it off.

Jmaster do u think you could take the Allen Iverson that is in the misc. pack right now and just smooth out some of the textures it has lots of splotches and could use a touch up. Also could you make his cheeks a bit thinner, he looks like he put on weight but when he was playing in the nba he was a little skinnier then he is now. And perhaps darken his goatee a little bit, something similar to what durant has maybe based on the 2nd link i put.

I realize hes a 38 year old in the game but still id like to remember iverson in his prime not the chubbier version that kidnaps his children.

If you want to know exactly what i mean here are two links i feel show his face best, i wish there wernt so many shadows but most pics today are of old man iverson.

I downloaded the latest 365 update. And read all notepads and followed all directions. I am using Steam also. Whenever I load one of the rosters included in the Mod all the missing player faces are gone. I have the cyberfaces folder as well as all the 1-6 folders in the right places. I'll include some screenshots. Can I get any help, I am sort of new to 2K mods and I apologize if this is the wrong place to ask.

lol this made me laugh u didnt follow the directions correctly. ONLY THE SAVES FILE goes under the 2k sports folder everything else goes in the actual folder that has nba 2k13 installed. if you dont know where that is right click on your desktop icon for nba 2k13 and select open file location and then it will take you there or look it up under properties.

Also take them out of the folders... u cant just put a cyberfaces folder in there u must copy all the cyberfaces out of the folder into the folder that has nba 2k13 installed. save with all the other files except the saves file. the saves file its your choice if you just copy it it might overwrite your own rosters settings etc. so use your judgement for that.

First off, I love you bro. I'm a bit new PC gaming, haven't done a lot of it recently and the way steam puts things confused the hell out of me. Last it seems my game is running a little slower with all the mods. Is there anything I can do about all that.

No real moves today. I just updated with the Mavericks waiving Josh Akognon (he's only in Medevenx's roster, anyway). Also those 3 cyberfaces JMaster12 sent me are in new miscellaneous files, but you can just download them from the links JMaster12 provided, the png# is the same.

It's alright man, not everyone knows. +1 to you for actually including a picture so I can tell what's wrong (Y)
Like lakerfan79 said, everything that comes in pack #1-6 goes in this folder (you must take the files out of the folder and place them immediately into this folder -- there will be some overwriting, don't worry about it).
C:\Program Files (x86)\2K Sports\NBA 2K13
Leave the saves where you've got em, it's fine.

What are your PC specs? If they are borderline able to run it/not able to run it, mods will make the framerate of your game drop a little bit. This is due to the art mods being of a little higher quality (notice most 2K CFs are about 900kb, modded faces can be anywhere between 800kb-1.7mb) Go here and test your PC to see how close it is to the recommended specs. If you have any more questions about how to improve your PC, just PM me.

Actually it was just running slow at start up, but it's better now, thanks again.

Someone please help. I too am using Steam Powered. I don't see a 2K folder in the Program Files (x86) folder. How did you find it? I can post relevant screenshots if need be, but I don't think you need to see that the folder isn't there to believe me.

I appreciate any help ASAP as I downloaded this today because my PS3 overheated yesterday.

Great hard work by everyone involved by the way. I can't wait to get it working.

Thanks in advance.

ETA:

Whew nvm found it.

Steam > SteamApps > common NBA2K13

I am almost there.

I'm assuming that your hard drive is your "C" drive by default. So check here:

Computer / C: / SteamLibrary / SteamApps / common / NBA2K13

Hope that makes sense and hope it helps.

I wish I could help you man. I don't have steam, but I know it's a bitch to get mods to work with it sometimes. It was like moving heaven and earth to get mods for GTA San Andreas on steam.

My best advice to you now is either a) Google "NBA 2K13 mods with Steam" or b) Just buy the Amazon direct download for $30.

EDIT: Looks like somebody came to your rescue. Enjoy!

I have NBA 2K13 on Steam and haven't had any issues with mods yet (last year in 2K12 or this year in 2K13). So either I follow the mod directions correctly or I am just lucky. Haha.

If you have a 2k13 shortcut on your desktop just right click on the icon and click open location. That should do it for you. :D

Did another mini-update just a few minutes ago. Bernard James cleared waivers and will now re-sign with the Mavericks for the minimum salary.

It was probably just the .exe file from San Andreas that Steam gave me. It somehow blocked any modifications to the game, you had to do a bunch of things which are to be not spoken of on this site, etc. etc. In my very limited experience in PC game modding (basically The Sims, Madden 08, GTA & NBA2K), NBA2K has cornered the market on ease of modification.

Quick question... What's the files with ._ in front? Do I need to keep those? I already saved a different name of an Assocation roster so I'm ready to fire it up.

I might try to follow along with the mini updates now.. As a Pelicans fan I can truly appreciate this. I am going to buy a VGA now. Who needs a PS3. Thank you so much!

I wouldn't worry about those files. For a truly awesome experience, go ahead and download Daninoz's Full Conversion Mod that's also on this board. Install his files first, then copy over my necessary files. Don't be afraid to overwrite anything, it's only going to make your game better.

I stopped playing 2K on a console right after 2K12 came out. I was really angry that the developers seemed to give no post-release support to the game, even something as simple as changing the rosters around from day to day or adding art updates. I was absolutely blown away that a community like this even existed. Even if there is no post-release support for PC NBA2K, at least the modders here can do something about it. With a console you're so locked down it just wasn't even fun for me anymore. I play on a 42" TV with XBOX controllers, so it's basically the same thing.

It appears that you're probably new. If I could, I'd like to recommend that you buy 2K12, as well. There is an absolutely INSANE mod for it called the Ultimate Base Roster by HAWK23 where you can play every season from 1975 to today. It inspired me to take on roster modding for myself.

Steam had 50% off on 2K13 today for $15, can't beat it with a stick. Yeah I've got the PS3 controller working. I don't have quite the time for HAWK23's but it sounds amazing. So what do I need Daninoz's for? I can't imagine any more realism. I'm already so happy here I'm ready to sign Greg Oden and roll with the Pelicans.

It's mostly the jerseys from Tha King and the courts from Sixers85 and Mythbusters. They are 100x better than what is already in the game. Trust me it will blow your mind.

Also the conversion pack comes with cyberfaces (I believe). This will greatly improve the quality of the game because the players will actually begin to look like themselves! This was the #1 reason I switched from console to PC

Hey dude 3 quick questions 1. With the logos big small medium ect in your pack does it over write any of the nba original logos? Such as the new Orlean hornets logo?.
2. Since u made the collage hoops (I think) does the collage hoop logos overwrite the original nba logos ( so in what I'm saying can I have your pack logos and the collage hoops logos together?

3. I bought redMC and it has been 3 days I bought it on Saturday it is Monday now how long did yours take to come and did u get a email or anything?

Would I have to download the generic mod switcher deal too? The risk may not outweigh the reward. I will say the one thing I don't like is the "NO" logo used for New Orleans like during timeouts. Are there any other options there?

ETA: So JSGME is only for the TNT mod, the Others Mod, and 6AXIS ENB?

I installed JSGME and I think all the Mods in the MODS folder.

Activated Mods:
Ball
Portraits
Sidelines Enhace
TNT Global Emerald v3
TNT Mod
Online Data
TNT Logos
Logos TNT Menu
TNT Scoreboard

But I fired the game up and TNT is nowhere to be seen. Can anyone please help with what I am doing wrong?
