yes still there, I only removed waived or retired + traded players no star were removed. mentioned in the Notes no rotations or starter where made!

Only the logo is original, the D-League practice jersey I created that!

Not sure on that, but PC it's logo_nbdl.iff

Hey retro, did you consider making the USA Red/Blue teams for this mod as well? The Red/Blue scrimmage is happening tomorrow in Vegas. The wear practice jerseys similar to the D-League ones you made, except with the USA logo of course(and color).
