[Gameplay Tool] NBA F1X3R by nesa24 v1.3.2 FINAL #25.07.2013

Debugging is finished and waiting for one more feedback from beta tester.

NBA F1X3R 1.3 Features:
1. New slider
***PLAYER SPEED
--Allows you to change speed of player movements and reaction (slower -3,-2,-1,0,+1,+2,+3 faster)
2. New FINAL gameplay
***PATCH v4
--Complete change of game mechanics (attack/defence/possitioning/animations/dribles/dunks/blocks and many more)
--Default player speed will be set to -1 in PATCH v4
3. Tool UI changes
***Added one NBA legend as second cover athlete along Drazen

Hi nes4, thanks for your awesome tool, but everytime i want to use, it force closes (stopped working) even if i move game .exe to desktop. What's the problem?

I have problem with v1.3 and v1.2.3. I can't open .exe. with older versions everything was ok.

try to run as admin
if not reinstall .net framework 3.0

It looks like it was a problem in downloading... When I downloaded it, it was only 54kb, not 640kb, now after few more downloads finally download was complete... Thanks for great tool.

There is a bug in association two man rebound/post drill, when cpu play in the post, they never shoot... Also when I start new association with fix, game freezes.

Just wanted to report that there seems to be a glitch when using the patched exe in MyCareer that causes player's percentages to show as just .000 (FG, 3 point, and FT). It seems to be purely cosmetic because the percentages seem to still calculate correctly, as they will show up on the League Leaders menu, but when viewing individual player stats it's bugged out. I've only been using this for a few games but you may want to be careful using this for your career files as I'm not entirely sure what other glitches, if any, there might be,

As beta was extended and as i desired to skip 1.2 scenario it seems that 1.3 scenario is about same.
I dont think that there will be time for 1.3.1 to fix those glitches becouse 1.3 (patch4) is way deeper than others
Will try my best to find time + way to fix but not 100% sure

Every option WORKS with your exe 100%
So it must be your computer issue
Tested on 4 PC's with your file

Becouse its writen to work with 3 types of nba2k13.exe and there seems to be more of exe types

Your exe is 4th type of exe that i see for 1st time
Or use other exe or wait few days to adapt tool to this exe
I just cant imagine why there are 4 exe's and how much more will there be...

Nesa can you share with us your own personal opinion on sliders in your patch regarding which settings do you use, you mentioned -1 for player speed should be used? Also regarding default sliders I am experiencing fg% high as 60 or 70 % in cpu, is that normal? I am getting blown away many times, or well I maybe suck
