Yes, I Have also made the orange sleeves with the black calf Pads, it will be in the release pack. 6 West Players and 8 East Players :)

You can't do that for custom accessories, as they are texture files.

Sir andrew, i guess doktor is referring to the default accessories of NBA Live 08, the accessories in edit player. Ex. when Denver use their alternate yellow jersey, their accessories should be yellow. Is there a way to do that?

Default team accessory colours can be edited in teamgear.dbf. More info can be found in the DBF Guides in our Wiki.
