sir med, i use ESPN scoreboard, when i play with your retro teams, scoreboard works perfectly, but when i play with retro teams made by 2k, scoreboard shows teams logo. can you fix scoreboard for those teams as well?

Dude, count my vote for the 86 Rockets. Sick, underrated team historically. As a Rockets fanatic, it would definitely be more exciting to play as them than the 95 Rockets.

I think your ESPN mod didn't do ESPN logos for the original retro teams. I'm not sure though

I would like to thank everyone who voted! But here's the catch. I'm thinking of experimenting.. Replacing the Tutorial Teams with 2 more retro teams! This would probably mean that the Tutorial part of the game won't work when you're loading the Exhibition rosters (WI, WOI, and Blacktop) but it won't affect the Association/MyCareer Development Drills because I'm not adding them in those Association/MyCareer rosters (Assoc, and Fantasy)

Of course I'll still need to check if this is possible. If it is possible (which I assume), I'll still need to check for bugs. I am pretty much decided on the two other teams I'll be adding in v1.2 as well which will be the:

1977-1978 San Antonio Spurs
2000-2001 Los Angeles Lakers

Here is a list of players and coaches that I will be adding in v1.2 and I still need these cyberfaces to push a v1.2 release ASAP. So if there are any cyberface patchers there, please help thank you!

Please help Med's Ultimate Roster v1.2 become a success! We need a total of 9 cyberfaces to push this release ASAP.

Regarding Roster Release & Rookies

I am figuring out a way to merge @derito's draft classes with v1.2. However, most teams are maxed out at 15 players each team. If ever I do add the rookies and overload the teams, they still won't be playing (will be reserves) so you will still have to set the rotations yourself (which a lot of casual gamers WON'T like). Thus, if v1.2 comes this week with the 4 newly added teams, I will make a pre-free agency roster with rookies and without (2 versions). However, if v1.2 will be delayed even after this week, I'll wait for free agency to end till its release (originally v1.3 will be after the free agency period) but hey if Vlad releases the clone feature maybe I'll get to add more teams in the process.

So basically,

If I receive cyberface help and work quickly this week:

v1.2 = With Rookies & Without Rookies (2 Versions) + 4 Retro Teams, Pre-Free Agency
v1.3 = Post-Free Agency
v1.4 = Ultimate Roster Expansion

If I don't receive help and not work as fast:

v1.2 = Post-Free Agency, With Rookies & Without Rookies (2 Versions) + 4 Retro Teams
v1.3 = Ultimate Roster Expansion

I'll put some shots up of the Suns and Rockets maybe tomorrow or on Tuesday.

About the Rookie portraits, i guess i would use 10001-10060 as their PORTRAITIDs? 10001 as the #1 pick Anthony Bennett and 10060 as the 60th pick, Ryan Kelly. Something like that. What do you think?

That was my thinking! I would rather have the twin towers Olajuwon (7'0") & Sampson (7'4") then basically having the same team as the 94 rockets with the exception of Clyde being added and Otis being gone.

Med, yes! The Rockets one for 94-95 is basically the same plus clyde drexler which is basically a duplicate of clyde from the blazers roster with some lowering of his ratings to show his age. but sampson and olajuwon were legendary.

But on the positive side, thrilled with Barkley with the Suns, looking forward to waging war against them with Jordan and co.! Also the 2001-02 lakers, very good squad without the over-the-hill allstars Malone and Payton on the 04 roster. And looking forward to Gervin on the old-school Spurs--should be fun matching up against Robinson/Duncan or this year's Duncan/Parker.

Hey Med, regarding the cf's you still need done. There is a Gordon Giricek cf in the conference finals mod on here. Also there is a Keon Clark and Jerome Williams cf in Retroman's 98 and 2002 mod. Rich recently made a year specific cf for '86 Rick Carlisle in the UBR, Negele Knight & Charles Jones also have cf's on there. So they would just need to be converted over to 2k13. Obviously you would need to get permission to use them, but I doubt that would be any sort of a problem.

Yes he will. First, he needs Cyberface Makers to make all rookies faces. then he needs portraits for those rookies. it'll make some time for these things to be ready. so i assume he will release a roster without rookies (if they are'nt ready for his next update) and when the Free Agency is over (July 30) he will add rookies and includes all the new trades and will make a final roster for NBA2K13.(though i hope he'll add more retro teams to his roster so we'll be busy till 2K14 comes out ).
