NBA 2K13 PROBLEM!!!

How can i unlock all players in nba2k13 blacktop(in ps3 version)?? till now i have only 2-3 ex on heat i have only 2-3 subs and the others are fake players. finally how can i disable auto-subtitutions in matches?

Buy the players with VC. Go to Coach Settings in pause menu and put the sub settings to manual instead of auto.
