8:40 AM - Zap Rowsdower: haha the player model on the screen is like the player model on the ignite announce trailer

8:44 AM - Zap Rowsdower: bulltrailer
8:44 AM - Zap Rowsdower: mostly CGI
8:44 AM - Stelio Kontos: it's CG with "ingame assets"
8:44 AM - Zap Rowsdower: lol
8:46 AM - Zap Rowsdower: if the early and last part of the video are the game itself...looks like other defenders still don't give a shite about the ball
8:46 AM - Stelio Kontos: i don't think any of it is the game
8:46 AM - Zap Rowsdower: nice shoes though

8:48 AM - Zap Rowsdower: must be from an old live
Andrew wrote:I can confirm it's CGI but does use some in-game assets (including Kyrie Irving's stationary dribble). That makes it interesting but once again, it's tough to glean too much from a short trailer that doesn't feature any actual in-game footage.
The details on the official site are interesting as well, though we still need to see them in action and experience them for ourselves before we can say much either way. CourtQ sounds like the next step in Dynamic DNA, which makes sense given that EA renewed their partnership with Synergy. Seems Live Worlds will have something to do with that too, if they're talking about fresh content daily. BounceTEK sounds good, hopefully the animations are also looking pretty good on top of the physics and responsiveness of the controls.

This continues to be a dumb idea.

So instead of getting it the day after in Live 10, you get it the hour after the game is over

PS4 + Live 14 + Extra Controller
Andrew wrote:Hourly updates would probably work out alright for a mode like Dynamic Season, where each game has its own lineups and data accurate as of that date. I'm guessing that means Dynamic Season (or a re-branding of it) is in the game, which isn't a bad thing. I thought it was an interesting alternative to Dynasty Mode. As benji said though, such a sample size isn't particularly accurate for modifying the base roster.
benji wrote:I'd prefer a multistatus system. Last season*, start of season, to date, and then the dumb hourly update DUDE IS HOT whatever bullshit.
*Though going back farther would be awesome and doesn't seem like it'd be too absurd to automatically do once the system is in place.
