hey guys my mod tool is not working.
i open the tool, pick 2012 and it doesn't do anything.

You have to upgrade your Java. I had the same problem. I updated my Java, installed the 32 and 64 bit Java and it works fine.

I'm finishing up the roster with the new teams, once we get some new courts done we should be good to go for V3! Also, I need someone to make new uniforms for Stanford and Iowa

The lighter balls always look like they're glowing on the court and doesn't look realistic. I prefer the darker ball but they both look really good. Good job buddy

hey guys when importing a court in a team file what floor model do you use?

Alabama and Kentucky are in the game and complete, just need Alabama Stadium and Kentucky court files and they will be ready to go. I also compiled a bunch of cyberfaces from the draft class shared in this thread, (20ish?) plus JMaster12's new faces so that helps a bit too. Hoping to get all the new teams wrapped up within the next couple of days, then can release when adequate files are complete. Since Average Joe has done some awesome work with Vanderbilt stadium textures and dornas, I might just go ahead and replace Stanford with them because I have no Stanford files at all and they are probably a more popular team anyway. Also, I mostly finished up the ESPN presentation which looks pretty good. Changed out all the 2K wipes with ESPN and ESPNU, along with some global textures and english bootup that Joe sent me. Progress may seem a little slow now, but a lot is going on behind closed doors and new teams should be done soon!
