Turn Off/Remove Sprite replay

anyone know how to do either? its really annoyin, especially when youre tryin to pass the ball in fast cuz a defender is still on your end of the court. i tried searching the site and google and found nothing about this.

no you can't turn it off it's been like that for years.... it's a false option in the menu they just put it there so they wouldn't catch shlt.... I think I've tweeted that a$$hole Ronnie2k numerous times about it, obviously never a response...

I mean think about it, it's advertising dollars, Sprite paid money to 2K to have their logo splashed on replays, it would not sit well with Sprite if everyone was able to basically turn off their advertisement.....
Also you can never get rid of the stupid cut scenes either, I absolutely despise the in between replay and cut scene bullS as I always find myself smashing my controller buttons every time it pops up....
like the game is on the line, I'm trying to hit free throws what the fck do I need to see the zoom in on a coach's face or whatever it may be, seriously let me play the damn game

i mean like, theres no file to remove? no .ini file that could be made to disable it?

I don't know I'm surprised myself any of these modders hadn't figured out how to remove the cutscene animations and the sprite replay stuff so far.... it really gets in the way of gameplay

you can remove the 3rd to 4th quarter uncontainable game cutscene though, rename wipespriteuncontainable.iff to something different

I don't know if this is just a coincidence, but after I brought the weight of all players down to 0, I don't see those annoying sprite slam dunk replays anymore, even after I played something like 30 games or so.

This thing (reducing weight) also affects how close to the ground the backboard goes when players hang on the rim after a dunk, making dunks less "rim-shaking" or whatever. Ah, players seem to fall more easily when collisions happen, and the agressive backdown animation becomes more rare.
