I have mixed feelings about this situation. I respect Uhr28 because he was simply the best CF modder. I don't think there is any argument there.

But due to some unfortunate incidents, he left NLSC a LONG LONG time ago, and now he comes back to "re-claim" his rights after all these years?? Isn't this a little bit overdue? I think we all appreciate Tha King for converting some of Uhr28's previous CF mods, and I personally hope he continues to do that. I understand that some conversions may not look as good as the original work because of the different headshape and other factors involved. But for Urh28 to make his appearance after all these years saying that his work has been "tarnished" is a bit dramatic.

From a legal perspective, the term "abandonment" can be applied to this situation. An abandonment occurs when the original owner voluntarily relinquishes his right, and now he has forfeited that right. In more simpler terms, he just gives up his ownership, and does not act in a timely manner to reclaim what once used to be his.

I personally think Uhr28 "abandoned" his rights when he voluntarily left this forum, and not once did he object to other people using his work. I don't think he ever answered to any inquiries from other CF modders who wanted to utilize his work. And NOW he wants to stop others from using his CFs made more than couple of years ago? Patchers like Urh28 has to bug you. How can say someone is stealing your work. You disappeared, so Tha King took your great Cf's and converted them so people could enjoy them this year. If you dont want other people converting your work then you do it and release it. Also why come here and start drama, then show your newest work to people here and then say your not releasing it. That is a jerk move. You should be happy that people are keeping your work alive because you sure not doing it. NBA 2k13 is game and this is a modding site, we all come here for one reason the make the game better. Its not that serious. I could see if he didn't give your credit or anything but he clearly gives everyone credit. Also how can he get in touch with you when you are barely online. To maintain my honour, make sure my achievements over 5 years which had earned common recognition would not be distorted.

Fourth, if you're not going to share your work, at least let other modders convert your previous work. Whether you like it or not is irrelevant. Most of us are grateful that some modders take their time to convert your previous work. As I mentioned before, once you abandoned this forum, it's just unreasonable for you to barge in now and start a controversy.

Fifth, if you feel like your reputation is being tarnished, provide us a link to your current work. This is a very simple solution. If you feel like some people are stealing your work, report them to the NLSC moderators, and those people will be banned.

If just uglify my works,
it is not acceptable to me.

Out of question, this is a kind of basic respect to every patcher.

How is he uglifying your work? Its your textures from 2k11 idk about the headshape but what do you expect. 2k13 ruins cyberfaces in game especially if its from 2k11. Its just a game, "IT IS NOT THAT SERIOUS"

It's still great and still better than 2K13 default.
